It was certainly an experience, and the enormous banquet hall that serves as Jing Fong's location is very impressive but we left dissatisfied, hungry and bemused as to why so many guide books had recommended it. The service I found pretty unhelpful and brusque. Whilst reading the comments from other users about this establishment I was genuinely shocked! I do not know if the reviewers are living on another planet or have eaten at another restaurant, because the food here was truly terrible! A large queue outside and plenty of customers did not actually ensure that the dining experience was in shape, or form memorable.
